Description
I had the privilege of producing a high-profile photoshoot for New Balance Football to launch their Seventh Edition campaign, which starred English footballing legend Bukayo Saka. The campaign celebrated the release of Saka’s Furon v7, a design that honors his iconic status on the pitch and his connection to the number 7 shirt—worn for both Arsenal and the England national team. The number 7 itself carries a rich legacy in English football, linked to greats like David Beckham and George Best, making this collaboration all the more significant.
The photoshoot took place at Loft Studios in London, where we created multiple sets, making sure New Balance got the most out of the time spent with Saka. Working alongside the Production team at Anattic and the Agency Ear to the Ground, photographer Khalil Musa, whose exceptional work on the shoot perfectly captured the playfulness, confidence and precision that Saka embodies on the field. Alongside the photography campaign, I produced a short social piece to go out on Saka’s channels, with Ayman Chaudry and Jake McAllister taking lead on the camera’s. The Seventh Edition campaign was an international success, with the images featured prominently on billboards worldwide.
